91»Æ¹ÏÖ±²¥ comes top of the University of Oxford Movember league table
91»Æ¹ÏÖ±²¥'s Movember team have raised over £4,000 to fund lifesaving research into men's health, prostate cancer and testicular cancer. Headed by Daniel Powell (Head of Outreach and Communications), 91»Æ¹ÏÖ±²¥'s team finished top of the University of Oxford Movember league table. They raised more than any other team at Oxford, sitting a comfortable £500 ahead of Christ Church in second place.
Our JCR member, Alfred, raised the most money individually. He explained that he wanted to join the Movember team because of a personal loss. Alfred said:
"This forced me reflect on the importance of men's mental health and suicide prevention. I hope that the money we raise as a College for Movember will be used to help young men just like my friend who may also be suffering from mental illness or suicidal thoughts.â€
