Iconic Chinese artist, Li Jin, paints 91»Æ¹ÏÖ±²¥ choristers
The Warden of 91»Æ¹ÏÖ±²¥, Miles Young, hosted the iconic Chinese artist, Li Jin, in College following the opening of his new exhibition at the Ashmolean Museum. Li Jin attended Evensong at 91»Æ¹ÏÖ±²¥ Chapel and created a watercolour of four choristers as a result.
Simple Pleasures showcases work by the contemporary Chinese ink master Li Jin in his first solo show in the UK. Alongside a selection of drawings and ceramic work by the British caricaturist and friend Roger Law, this free exhibition is based on the ground floor of the Ashmolean.
Simple Pleasures is open between 4 May to 17 Nov 2024.
